Toes for Breakfast

Kolton has been eating solid foods for awhile. I say solid foods but i mean puree food. he eats almost anything except peas and avacado. He has grown so much and is now 20 pounds, he is growing so fast.

The other day I was feeding Kolton breafast but he had other ideas what breakfast would be

yummy toes!!!

Baby smiles make the world go round 2

So after yesterday's event I was thinking of all the things that make me smile so here are a few

1. Kolton, my beautiful wonderful baby boy
2. Christopher my boyfriend who I love very much
3. My family
4. Christophers family
5. When kolton sleeps past 5 am
6. Scrapbooking
7. The friends I do have
8. Did I say kolton
9. Cuddles
10. Baby smiles

The fact that I can come up with 10 things that make me smile... I could think of more. So I feel that I am pretty lucky. Good days and bad days happen but life is good!

Friendship

I'm sorry but this post won't be the most positive post... That being said here we go ...
Life changes when you have a baby I get that I really do. Everyone has to go through changes that's part of life. But what I can't understand is why so many people can't deal with you going through that change.

When I found out I was pregnant I couldn't wait to tell the world which we pretty much did right away. I expected to receive joyues responses and congrats. Instead I heard a lot of why? Is this a good thing? Reactions aside the biGgest suprize to me was how many of my friends vanished when I broke the news

I used to be the driver the party girl but when I was pregnant I was tired and driving near the end was uncomfortable

I got used to not really hearing from to many people and well being the one to phone anyone to do something but I thought when I had kolton and was in the hospital my friends would be excited to meet him. I had visitors in the hospital 3 of my fiends and the rest were family I didn't mind.

We are now at 7 months of koltons life and I have never felt so alone And please family whodo read this don't take it the wrong way. I guess what I am trying to say is I miss having a best friend. Or maybe I need to rethink and let Christopher be that best friend. I love him I tell him everthing. He was there to see me all three times I was in the hospital after kolton was born.

So what triggered this is I hot an email from a friend who I thought has been my friend for 12 years telling me she hasn't wanted anything to do with me for the last 8 months I'm hurt and sad and just needed to vent

Finally Interwebs

so its been awhile since I posted so I will um everything up in quick points

first I haven't had Internet in about 2 weeks which sucks! we don't have cable so we watch netflicks on the ps3 so with no interwebs means no tv.

2. Kolton has a bladder infection, poor little boy! hes doing good though hes been on antibiotics for almost a week.

3. finished writing the policies for the  day care i am trying to open.

4. Kolton still has no teeth and isn't crawling but he is trying very hard

5. all in all we are all good at this house


my friend is pregnant so i plan to make a recipe box of baby food for her so if you  have any recipes pass them along and i will include it in the box.

Baby Smiles Make the World go Round

On Monday it was my  birthday. on the weekend as a little gift to myself I took Kolton to get a little photo shoot done  it was the best thing I could have done for my birthday!

Life has changed so much since having kolton. Its wonderful I love having it all be about him, I feel like I worry to much  though. Kolton has a pediatrician appointment next week because I'm worried about his breathing and the fact that  his pee smells so strong. I'm sure everything is all good but its my  job to worry about him.

In about 2 months I am starting to work again but the best part is I get to have Kolton with me! so I may not get to be the stay at home mom I wanted to be but i do get to have my  son with me everyday. I am trying to open my own day care center. wish me luck!

Ten on Tuesday

1. What is your favorite childhood memory? Me and my  friends loved to play lego.  so one day we brought  my lego over to their house and we built a lego city from Chris' room to Becky's room oppositted ends of the upstairs.  we kept our city built foe a few weeks. It was awesome.

2. What is your favorite quality about yourself? My eyes

3. What is your favorite thing that your child does? Its hard to choose I love everything about my baby boy but I guess I would have to pick his giggles.

4. What is your favorite thing to do to relax? Change into my pj's and cuddle with Christopher.

6. What is your favorite piece of jewelry (besides your wedding ring)? I don’t have a wedding ring, but I love the necklace I got from my baby (before he was born) it has a mom and baby on it and say "heavens gift"

7. What is your favorite night of the week M-TH? And why? Wednesday because its hump day.
